Product Usage

USAGE: To unlock push paddle to the side.Shake well before use. Spray 2–3 times into air, away from people and pets. Do not spray on fabrics or porous surfaces due to potential staining. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Use only as directed.

CAUTION: Flammable keep away from flames and heat sources. Keep out of reach of children and pets. May cause allergic reactions in individuals sensitive to essential oils. Avoid eye contact. If in eyes: rinse with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present. Seek medical attention if irritation persists. Do not ingest. If swallowed: do not induce vomiting. Call a poison control center or doctor immediately and show this label. Avoid direct contact with skin. Use in well ventilated areas.

We scent with only pure essential oils! Natural fragrance oils just don't cut it, and our products are also free from synthetic fragrances.

Ideal for use as a freshening room spray for the home, car and office. Also makes a fantastic linen spay (excluding our forThave's chai scent, as cinnamon and clove essential oils may stain fabrics). Contains odor fighting witch hazel and sodium bicarbonate.

FAQs

Can I use Gentle Earth room sprays around pets?

If wanting to use around pets our recommendation is to stick to our lavender room spray. It should however be used with caution. Our other room spray variants are generally not recommended as safe to be used around pets due to some of the compounds contained in the essential oils.

If using our lavender room spray with pets here are some tips:

* Spray lightly and upward (away from surfaces pets contact).

* Remove pets from the room while spraying and for 20–30 minutes afterward.

* Ensure good ventilation.

* Never spray directly on or near pets, bedding, or food/water bowls.

* Watch all pets closely the first few times you use it.

What is the shelf life of the room spray?

Our room sprays have a 2 year shelf life from manufacture. Once opened ensure it is kept at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, with the bottle sealed.

What makes the formulation of your room sprays so good?

Some "natural" rooms sprays and air fresheners either just use essential oils and water, or synthetic agents to solubilize the essential oils. Not us!

Essential oils and water only: leads to poor distribution of oils, relies on shaking before use to (poorly) blend the scent and water. This means the scent strength is inconsistent which can lead to overuse or alternatively low scent. It is also difficult to keep preserved.

Synthetic solubilizing agents: We do not use these, we only use Sorbitan Oleate Decylglucoside Crosspolymer a plant derived ecocert and cosmos certified ingredient.

Heavy alcohol content: Can irritate the lungs, this can be especially bad depending on the denaturing element used in the alcohol. Our room sprays use witch hazel distillate which contains a low alcohol content.

Are the room sprays alcohol based?

No. However they do contain a low alcohol content, this is from the witch hazel distillate.

For odor control we rely on a synergistic blend of essential oils, witch hazel distillate and sodium bicarbonate.
