UTILISATION : Faire mousser et rincer. Garder à température ambiante à l’abri du soleil.

Product Cautions

ATTENTION : Pour usage externe uniquement. Tenir hors de portée des enfants. Cesser l’utilisation en cas d’irritation. Éviter le contact avec les yeux. En cas de contact avec les yeux, rincer à l’eau pendant 15 minutes ; si l’irritation persiste, consulter un médecin. Ne convient pas aux enfants de moins de 3 ans, le parfum de menthe poivrée peut être trop fort.

The TRUE multi-purpose soap

Natural cleaning power from real soap! We harness the power of 4 carefully selected plant oils at just the right concentrations reacted with lye to form Castile soap. The result is an experience of natural cleansing without overly drying the skin thanks to the glycerin content created during the saponification process.

Usage Guide - Cheat Sheet

1. HAND SOAP & BODY WASH

Use straight from the bottle, a few drops goes a long way.

2. FOAMING HAND SOAP

Use 1 part soap to 3 parts water.

We recommend adding to distilled water and using the diluted solution within 2-3 weeks. Requires a foaming pump bottle.

3. DISH SOAP (BY HAND)

Add 15-30 mL soap to a large sink of water, and/or apply directly to sponge/ wash cloth.

4. LAUNDRY SOAP

Use 80 - 100 mL soap in a normal washer.

5. MOPPING

Use up to 100 mL soap in 2.5 litres of hot water.

6. SURFACE CLEANER

Use 35 mL soap to 500 mL water.

We recommend adding to distilled water and using the diluted solution within 1 week. Requires a spay bottle, clean fully between refills.

FAQs

Is it suitable for younger kids?

For younger children our Castile soap is best used diluted. Keep away from the eyes as Castile soap has an alkaline PH (around 9) so isn't a tear free product. A few drops on a wash cloth if using unscented or lavender are the best options for younger children. Peppermint is best avoided at this age.

What is the shelf life of the Castile soap?

Our Castile has a 2 year shelf life from manufacture. Once opened ensure it is kept at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, with the lid sealed.

How can I maintain the freshness of the soap?

To maintain product quality, once opened ensure it is kept at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, with the lid sealed when not in use. Always add to water if diluting

Is the Castile soap organic?

All of our base oils are organic, this includes: coconut, sunflower, olive and castor oils

Do you use lye?

Absolutely, real soap can't be made without lye. When lye is reacted with oils, it forms soap and glycerin. The lye is used up in the process.

Why do you use decyl glucoside as an ingredient?

Decyl glucoside is a mild, ecocert, Cosmos certified plant derived surfactant commonly found in baby washes etc.

We use this ingredient, to help thicken the soap and improve the lather.
