Our degreasing surface cleaner delivers powerful, plant-based grease cutting. Formulated with plant-derived surfactants and boosted by citrus and soy derived solvents, it effectively breaks down light cooking oils, splatter, and food residue without harsh conventional degreasing chemicals.
Methyl soyate, derived from soy, works alongside d-limonene sourced from citrus peels to dissolve and lift everyday grease from countertops, stovetops, range hoods and many other hard surfaces. Designed for routine degreasing, it tackles light buildup while remaining suitable for regular use in kitchens and bathrooms.
Compatible with most hard surfaces including glass, porcelain, quartz, stainless steel & aluminum (*Not for use on porous surfaces. Not recommended for use on wood or natural stone. Always test in an inconspicuous place first).

Plant based Degreasing Cleaner - scented with essential oils.
Our effective degreasing surface cleaner is formulated from a blend of plant-based surfactants, citrus derived d-limonene and soy-based methyl soyate for effective degreasing performance. Great for removing light oil, grease, food residue & soap scum from countertops, stovetops, sinks, tile, and other hard (non porous) surfaces throughout the kitchen and bathroom.
Hate the smell of synthetic heavily scented cleaners, so do we! We scent with only pure essential oils! Our products are free from natural & synthetic fragrance oils.

Can I use Gentle Earth cleaners around pets?
Our plant based cleaners can be used in a pet home as they are a rinse off product. Here are some precautions / best practices when using in a pet home.
* Remove pets from the room while spraying and for a few minutes afterward.
*Ensure once surface is clean that the cleaner residue is rinsed away with a cloth and clean water.
* Ensure good ventilation.
* Never spray directly on or near pets, bedding, or food/water bowls.
What is the shelf life of the cleaners?
Our concentrated and ready to use cleaners both have a 2 year shelf life from manufacture. Once opened ensure it is kept at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, with the bottle sealed.
Once concentrate is diluted we recommend using the solution within 4-6 weeks (Shelf life of the solution depends on the cleanliness of the water used and the bottle that is being refilled).

Is this degreasing cleaner effective for baked on oil or heavy oil residue?
Our degreasing cleaner is formulated to be tough on light grease, oil and soap scum. For very difficult residue especially baked on oil and grease (for example inside the oven) you may require a more abrasive / concentrated product.
You can increase our cleaners grease cutting by allowing longer dwell time and using with semi abrasive cleaning equipment, helping the cleaner to penetrate beneath the residue. Be careful to select cleaning equipment that is compatible with the intended surface.
