At Gentle Earth Products Ltd., we thoughtfully create cleaning products designed to care for your home and the environment.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to hear from you.

While certain safety and hygiene standards apply (outlined below), we are committed to working with you in good faith to find a fair resolution where possible. Your trust matters to us.

PART I — Returns & Refunds, Made Simple

If something isn’t right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Because our products are personal-use cleaning items, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened products in their original condition.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us with photos and we’ll review it promptly.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

PART II — Legal Returns & Refund Terms

This Returns & Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Service of Gentle Earth Products Ltd.

1. Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify for a return, products must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity considerations, opened or used cleaning products cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify Gentle Earth Products Ltd. within five (5) business days of delivery and provide photographic documentation.

Upon review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may limit available remedies.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund processing times vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

4. Return Shipping

Unless a product is defective or shipped in error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Gentle Earth Products Ltd. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

  • Opened or used cleaning products
  • Products marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

6. Consumer Protection Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (British Columbia) or other applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
