Service Notice – United States Orders
Effective November 2025, we are temporarily unable to fulfill or ship orders to addresses located in the United States. We appreciate your understanding and hope to resume U.S. shipping in the future. Please check back for updates.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to physical mailing addresses within Canada only. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Where a PO Box delivery is required please contact us in advance of placing an order as this may incur an additional charge which are passed on to us from the courier companies.
Shipping Fees
Standard Canadian Shipping
- Flat rate: $14.95 CAD per order
- Free standard shipping on orders totaling $95 CAD or more (before applicable taxes, after discounts)
We reserve the right to contact customers if a delivery address is considered remote by the carrier and requires additional shipping arrangements.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched from our British Columbia facility within 1 to 4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays observed in BC).
Processing time refers to order preparation only and does not include transit time.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our facility. This email will include tracking details, where available.
During peak seasons, promotional events, or inclement weather conditions, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
Delivery Timeframes
Transit times within Canada are typically between 2-7 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier service levels.
Please note:
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Weather events, carrier delays, rural destinations, or high-volume shipping periods may affect delivery speed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been transferred to them.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Where applicable, tracking information will be provided once the shipment has been scanned by the carrier. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
If your package appears delayed, we recommend first contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Risk of Loss
In accordance with applicable Canadian consumer protection principles, responsibility for goods transfers upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. If a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should notify us within 5 business days so we may assist in initiating a carrier investigation.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for:
- Packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
- Delays resulting from incomplete address details
- Additional shipping fees incurred due to address corrections after dispatch
If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
